Such a complete course
Excellent information, easy to understand everything you need to know, and how to run a food establishment properly.
This is a great training course.
it was really easy to learn and so helpful.
Es un curso super extenso pero muy didactico que explica con muchisimo detalle cada tema sobre las practicas de manipulacion de alimentos y gerencia de un restaurante. Me encanto! muchas gracias.
Perfect
Thank you!
Every module is very detailed and informative. Very easy to follow and comprehend the material in each module. Will definitely recommend this program to others.
There was good information, but the experience was not great. Here are some things I really did not like: the robot narrator was very annoying; the timing was often off between the audio and video; I could not go back to certain points in the video without replaying the entire video; the section on variances was not covered well; but then there are several points that get repeated many times. Repetition is good for learning, but these videos can be rewatched as many times as needed. Some of us don’t need that much repetition, and it just makes for an unnecessarily longer video.
This course was easy to navigate and all the information was easy to understand!
I loved having the option to download the app to be able to do training on my phone as an option, in addition to my computer. This was very convenient! I loved being able to work on the course at my own pace and availability.
I recommend this to everyone in the Food Service Industries.
very good in explaining and i learn a lot
I enjoyed taking this food manager course. The modules are easy to follow and understand the materials. I also appreciate the quizzes after each section to ensure I understood the material.
I had to use the closed caption for all modules except for two. There was no volume on the rest. It was difficult to follow along at times.
